New EZIPUMP DV truck launched in northern NSW

JOHNEX welcomes the latest addition to the EZIPUMP DV fleet of trucks, bought by Drilling & Blasting company, Ron Southon Pty Limited from E.M.E.A.

The trial blast, showing the capabilities of the new 11 tonne emulsion MPU, was conducted in a private quarry in NSW prior to delivery. The Ron Southon team were on hand for the training session the day before and were able to run the truck by themselves on the demonstration blast. Two days later, with JOHNEX only playing an overseeing role, the Ron Southon team did their first successful blast.

Geof Chilcott, owner of Ron Southon Pty Limited said, “Johnex’s handover of our truck was professionally done and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of service and the MPU”. Geof has his own emulsion storage tank set up in Alstonville, which makes him ideally placed for the Coffs Harbour/southern Queensland region.
