JOHNEX Champion of the Month - Michelle Kopae – Head Office

Michelle has taken time to train and knowledge share with new staff, cover various roles for staff leave and has been working hard to improve admin processes.

Being so free and open with her time would have meant that the time management of her own work would have to have been well managed and required extra hours. Michelle has also managed and liaised with the relevant companies to rectify the software issues we have had with the payroll system. Michelle is always striving to help and assist others to ensure that all work is completed effectively and efficiently.
