JOHNEX’s Product Support Team were on hand to commission the latest member of the family in March. The MPU has a capacity of 11 tonne AN and 7 tonne ANE.

Maximum combined discharge rates of:

  • ANFO: 800 kg/min
  • Heavy ANFO: 1,000 kg/min
  • Down Hole Product: 400 kg/min

The powerful 500hp engine gives us the opportunity to further increase its load capabilities when teamed up with an ANE tanker trailer.”

    Safety features of the new design exceed the most stringent mine site requirements. An audible alarm and delay on discharge auger movement, handrails that lock in the upright position even in the event of a loss of air, product line pressure relief valves and continuous electronic pressure and temperature monitoring are just some of the features that are the new standard on JOHNEX MPUs.
